One of my favorite apps. Use it as a daily journal. The creators of this app are always making it better. I like apps that get refined.

I thought Id just say it all in the review title. Tap Forms is why I stick with iOS. I keep everything from my movie collection to my shopping lists to my finances in a single Tap Forms database, including the contents of a Microsoft Access database that contained 20 odd years of data which I imported as a spreadsheet file. All of that in one app, on my phone. It really is the best database on any mobile OS.

The best database. For the past four years, I’ve been relying upon Tap Forms to manage structured data on my iPhone. Thank you for providing this excellent app. Update: Still the best!! A one-stop database for managing my rental properties. CANT DO WITHOUT IT!!!

This awesome app is flexible and allows for storing multiple forms of data. I have used HandBase and 4 other "top" databases over the years, but Tap Forms is much easier to use and is more versatile. And over the last few years the developers have optimized the code so that even with a large number of different fields the program is highly responsive. No question...5 stars.

After 30 years and no support or breaks on cost with FileMaker, I finally tried a new personal database application. The conversion has been easy and only a couple days I like it more than the program I had been married to since 1991!

Wow! Very intuitive and simple database app. Tap Forms is only limited by your imagination thanks to powerful options like Linking databases. Nice backup and restore feature. Support is ongoing and the programmer keeps making the Database App better. Try it!

Used to be Great. Now Syncing Issues ruins it! 1. Used to be a solid database. Now Syncing is difficult to setup and keeps corrupting so that I have to continually reset syncing on all devices. FIX THIS ASAP!!! Sync should be easy and smooth as butter, not this complicated. Syncing now ruins this product. 2. Another issue I’ve had since the early days of this database is the concept of using pick lists. Pick list are great but sometimes I need need only drop down lists. Better yet make the ability to set pick lists up to be local to a database form or universal to all database forms. Sometimes I dont want to pollute my universal pick list list with a list only used once in a single form. Fix these and stars go back up. No. 1 is Sync! Fix this first.

Sync needs fixed!!!

I was looking for something that facilitates management of information and end up with a gathering point for valuable data. This app leases itself to storing many categories or types of information. It is easy for me to input an assortment of different data together. You create a template akin to a form that you can fill in with new, real time data as you see fit. For example, I like to group my personal favorite apple apps together with relevant data like user name, passwords, website, support link, and even screenshot. Every time I open a new form, I input the necessary information so that over time, I have a collection that stays well organized. This information can be easy to find when I need it, because I forget a lot.

I was so upset when Apple stopped supporting their Bento program. I use it to track all of my craft and sewing supplies. I continued using it, but kept being afraid that with every OS upgrade, it would stop working. I reluctantly searched for a new database program when I came across this program. This program is great- better than Bento! I was able to seamlessly transfer all my data out of Bento into this program. I also purchased the computer version and syncing between the two is flawless. I truly couldnt be happier- keep up the great job!

This has got to be the very best database for use across Macs and iOS platforms. I run it on my iMac, my MacBook Pro, my iPad, my iPad mini, my iPad Pro, and my iPhone. I’ve got my databases synching across all my devices, and it’s working beautifully. As far as I’m concerned, this is a gotta-have app. And works on my Apple watch, too? Perfect for the Apple fan who needs a workhorse database that is well-supported and often updated!

This app is perfect and so customizable you can use it for almost anything. I currently use it to manage my business and could not function without it. Ive been using it for a few years and feel like its finally time to gloat about how great it is. On top of that - the one man shop that runs this app has excellent customer service. I occasionally have had to email him over the years about minor bugs or questions about the software. My concerns are always addressed immediately. Plus - in this day and age of every app charging a monthly fee to use there service its nice to have something thats a one time - upfront cost - but that received continual updates. I love everything about this app. It sits in a class of its own.

Purchased TF based on reviews, and find it works reasonably well for my needs. But the app is aptly named because users must tap *a lot* to do things. Notes, for example, cant be edited until the user types "Edit" in the upper right corner, even though the user already tapped Notes to get to the Notes field. And choices are often buried several layers deep. In short, I think the app needs more finesse, especially as its touted as a replacement for Bento.

I looked at and even purchased some other database apps. Tap Forms is definitely the best for me. I like that I can enter or read information on either Mac or IPhone. It is robust and very customizable too. I found the interface pretty intuitive as well.

I purchased Tap Forms a few months as a replacement for Bento which was no longer supported. I was happy to discover that Tap Forms features a more powerful database engine than Bento had. For years Id wanted the ability to do secondary sorts on my data and now with Tap Forms I can. I appreaciate the ability to store common searches as well. Its been very stable for me and the included imports brought all my Bento databases in without a hitch. Im a very satisfied user of both the iPhone and Mac versions. The cloud sync works really well too!

Tap Forms is a powerful tool. Great flexibility and amazing sync capabilities.

After multiple attempts with different settings and different devices, this app cant even keep 2 devices in sync through iCloud.
