Excellent and versatile data input

I was looking for something that facilitates management of information and end up with a gathering point for valuable data. This app leases itself to storing many categories or types of information. It is easy for me to input an assortment of different data together. You create a template akin to a form that you can fill in with new, real time data as you see fit. For example, I like to group my personal favorite apple apps together with relevant data like user name, passwords, website, support link, and even screenshot. Every time I open a new form, I input the necessary information so that over time, I have a collection that stays well organized. This information can be easy to find when I need it, because I forget a lot.
